Out of Stock – If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you within one business day that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.


We understand that shoes don’t always fit.

As long as your items are in their original condition and were purchased within 30 days, you can send them back to us free of charge

You must return your item to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. If the item you wish to return is faulty, we will require either photo proof of the faulty item or provide you with a stamped, self-addressed post pack in which to return it to us. You will then be offered a replacement or repair of the faulty item or a full refund whichever you prefer.


Please follow the below process for returning your parcel to us:

Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.

Return the package to S&G COLLECTIONS - 18 Duggan street, Toowoomba City QLD, 4350 and obtain proof of postage.

Keep your proof of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return. Simply return your items to the following address within 30 days of the date on your dispatch note. If you return an item, we will refund you within 14 days of the day that we receive your returned goods

Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your order id as the payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
